For context, YBMK was founded by me, Henry Gennari. I held my first internship after my sophomore year of college. In almost every job I've held since I was 14, I've worked for small, locally owned businesses. With experience both working in and marketing for retail brands, restaurants, service businesses and start-ups, I'm deeply connected to how strategy is constantly changing. On the corporate side, I've helped over 150 retailers across the United States and Canada improve how they show up in local search.
I completely understand why having someone you know handle social media is convenient, cost-effective, and comes from a place of trust. The world today though calls for strategy from a seasoned marketing professional for businesses to achieve long-term success. Everyone says they do AI. Can you actually build something, or just tell me which app to use?
Both, and the second one is the part most people stop at. YBMK builds custom AI agents — software that handles a real marketing task on its own, in your voice, built around the way your business already works.
A good example is review response. Reviews decide how customers see you, and they increasingly decide how AI engines describe you, because those engines read sentiment when they choose which businesses to recommend.
