Reviews and Views : YBMK Creates Content For Dante's Pizza

Last week, YBMK headed into Dante's Pizza Company off of Route 1 in York to do some content creation. Dante's is one of the best pizza places in Southern Maine, and these positive reviews definitely weren't faked. Genuinely, their food is top tier and I highly recommend giving it a try! Reviews and views; this type of content might be basic, but it's effective! The first Vlog produced by YBMK has been posted to the Dante's Facebook page and can be found here. Currently, it has 5.7k views, 69 likes, 12 shares, and 8 comments, which is not too bad for the first personalized piece of Vlog content uploaded! For restaurants doing Vlogs involving food reviews, I would highly recommend picking a spot at the location with good lighting and an aesthetically pleasing background. At Dante's I chose a corner booth with a rustic and pretty looking light in the left corner. The tan wall to the right was also a nice edition, and I put a filter on the video to soften the colors so that the food pictured and the captions at the bottom of the video would pop. After all, people care about two things: the food, and what the person giving the review has to say about it.

For restaurants creating their own content, I cannot stress enough how important it is to have someone behind a camera who can present themselves in a genuine and entertaining way. Business owners-you can certainly do this yourself, but I would advise you to consider having someone who's not associated with your business handle it. Navigating the world of being your own spokesperson can be tricky, so it's often a wise idea to task it to a professional.
